We are an organization at the forefront, working to ensure that quality outdoor experiences will still be available in years to come. In FY2015 RMEF put 91% of our income towards our mission statement; keeping administrative and fundraising costs to an enviable 9%. This simply means that the funds we raise are going directly towards our mission.

RMEF recieves the highest rating of 4 stars from Charity Navigator, America's top charity ratings service; something to be very proud of!

Our hard work and success continues. Since its inception in 1984, RMEF has opened up more than 707,000 acres of long off-limits elk country for the public to hunt, fish and enjoy, and we have grown to more than 203,703 members.

In Arizona, RMEF donated thousands of dollars towards the Wallow fire and Rodeo-Chedeski fire rehabilitation projects, and have funded Habitat and Education projects throughout the state.

Our success in these important conservation efforts depends on our partners. In these uncertain economic times, it is even more essential that we obtain your support. Our volunteer committee donates thousands of hours of personal time towards our mission, but our ultimate success depends on the generosity of our donor partners.
